edit: here To get a frontview someone might need to go in-game, I didn't see anything after ~5 minutes of searching on google images.

Those runes are actually really difficult to do. I found a webpage that had all 23 of them, I downloaded them individually but they turned out to be .gifs. Even when I convert them they resize incorrectly. You might want to consider runescape runes if you choose go with the runescape ores. Otherwise I can keep looking, might need your help. Do you have the game downloaded or no? Maybe you could grab the runes from the games resource pack?

 

Why not just flip it horizontal?
