Direct PP Donation

How do I become eligible for direct PP Donation? In the User Center, I only have the options of using bond holders.

 

You probably just need to wait for the system to update. Try it again in a few hours. The old requirements are:

To use PayPal you must:
- Have 100 posts;
- Be a member for more than 15 days; and
- Be an existing donor.

but you've only just recently met them.
