    The problem is not that I don't want to fix the situation. It's the guy who I've "scammed" who doesn't wish to resolve it. In my PP resolution case report, as you can see on the 11th of August, I said I'll deliver the account and I even escalated to let PP resolve it for me, however they deem fit.

    It has been awaiting the other party's response for more than 5 days, I believe. This is ample proof of me willing to deliver the account or do anything else regardless, because I was sincere in resolving the case amicably, and I didn't want to refund him straightaway because I felt like I had a case to explain myself, and I was more than obliged to prove my point. I didn't want the other guy to feel like I scammed him because in all honesty, I was really facing Internet connection problems. I escalated this claim, because I had a point to make as well. That I was really wanting to sell the account to him for real.

    But apparently, the buyer has yet to reply to PayPal regarding the case itself. And I'm really disappointed, it's been almost a week since he posted the scam report, and then now I get banned. It's unfair in the sense that I've tried to contact him through PayPal and he hasn't responded. If he doesn't respond, will I have to wait forever and get banned for a long time? I believe I don't deserve this as such.

    You may claim that until it's resolved, I will continue to get banned, but it's not me that's not cooperating, it's the guy on the other side of the transaction who refuses to. And worse off, he's banned as well.

    I don't see why I'm still banned when he refuses to cooperate, and when I'm really innocent. I'm not even sure when the case will close if he refuses to reply to the claim. You may say that I've scammed him, and I must refund him, but he doesn't even wish to do anything to vindicate me or him.

    So, please, do something about this because I have approached other members of Sythe on Skype, and they feel that it's unfair for me to get a ban when there's no guilty verdict.

    PayPal has responded to me this morning, and they have told me that they have refunded the money to the buyer. I promised PayPal and the buyer that I would refund his money, and that is what I have done.

    Now that this has been done, please unban me as it was a case of misunderstanding.
