Smithing/Crafting/Herb

Hi guys, Basically smithing, Crafting, and Herb is my lowest skill's on my main.
I'm looking to start training up to the 85 mark then the rest to 99.
Problem i face is that i've only got about 20M (i've just returned)
I was just wondering if people could give me some guides on the 3 skills above how i can train them fast without it costing me an absolute bomb!
I don't mind about making money, Want the xp more.

Well, with RS atm, there's basically 2 methods of skilling; fast and expensive or slow and cheap. Really, for all the skills you want to train, you have to drop bank into them. Since you only have 20m, the cheap and slow methods would be good for you.

Anyway, I'll start you off with Crafting as (with loads of patience) you can actually make a decent profit with this Method. At 46 Crafting you can start to make Unpowered Orbs by blowing Molten Glass. If you sell the unpowered orbs, you lose money however if you make them into 1 of the 4 elemental (56-66 Magic) orbs you can make a decent amount of money which you could use on other skills.

For Smithing, the cheapest method would be doing iron 1 bars at Artisans Workshop. It's very slow but it is the best xp/gp method for smithing in the game. You need 30 Smithing to start this

Herblore is basically a straight loss if you want fast xp. If you don't want to lose money then clean the herbs and sell the clean herbs. Since I don't know you're herb level, I can't really give you the best advice for this.

A big tip for crafting. If it's low join a clan and train it in the citadel and cap weekly.

Just browse the official forums and find one that fits your fancy.

 

You have to be a clan member for a week to be able to use the citadel, just so you know. You can get smithing xp there too. I'd recommend smithing at the citadel since crafting outside of it can turn a profit.

Warbands smithing
Crafting See if any gems can be made into any jewelry for profit atm.

if not, basic crafting as usual expensive and boring af.

as for herblore, Warbands

 

Herb costs money tbh lol... Crafting prob guy like green dhides and make em into bodies, and for smithing just find the ores you can turn into bars, then sell the bars for the same price or profit (maybe adamant).

 

Going to do iron bars for smithing, Any better guides on craft?

 

Price up making air battlestaffs, I think they're profit
