Boatswain not answering anymore after receiving gold.

We agreed to a $210m payment for my 60m 07 gold. Then he said he is putting his Moneypak on his paypal account and will send. He said its a $300 Moneypak so if I give him 23m more he can just give me the Moneypak code itself and I can enter it. After receiving the 23m, he said "sec" and then stopped answering completely.

At this point I don't care whether I receive a payment of $300 on Paypal or a $300 Moneypak code, but he didn't send anything.

I took a video and screenshots. I will post the screenshots right now, and if needed I'll post the video too.
