Photoshop.exe has stopped working

I'm running PS CS5 (portable no plugins), and if I want to make something in 3D it crashes after a while saying photoshop.exe has stopped working... really annoying and when I first installed it it worked fine, I didn't update my drivers but windows updates are enabled (windows 7).

Yes, already tried that I don't have a TWAIN plugin/file and the second solution wasn't even photoshop related if I'm right.

Im afraid I dont have a solution, but I do reccomend Cinema 4D for your 3D work. Or Lightwave3D.

Im curious, did you make your signature with photoshop's 3D?

Downloading CS6 couldnt hurt.

 

you might be running out of ram or your computer might not be able to handle it. the 3d in cs5 is awful, and it takes a lot to run it. i know in the newest version they fixed that problem. but i had the same problem when i had a shity laptop with cs5 when i first started.

yuck. But is PS capable of that good of 3D? Ive never used it tbh. Ill check on youtube.
