If I had to pick a game/games prob fifa/rs/habbo aha. Prob invest it to make more off or spend it on loads of glee stuff

I'd spend it on Rsgp, then sell it back for profit. The most I ever spent on a game for enjoyment tho was hearthstone, blew $250 on that...

If it was just putting money in that I couldn't ever trade/get back in any way, probably CSGO.

If I could sell it, I'd just invest in some MMO and sell out later.

Logged onto my Gaia online account from when I was like 12 and sold everything for a few hundred. Never spent a dollar on the game.

 

Probably League of legends, either that or the ragnarok private server I play.
Or a WoW private server where the donor rewards are op

 

I've spent £3,000 on virtual goods, it can be addicting. That include apps with freakin annoying micro-transactions that tempt you every few games, gah.

I would actually really love my N64 with Zelda, Donkey Kong, Mario Kart and Perfect Dark back. If that counts. Wouldn't be anywhere near 1000$ though.

 

Theres a game called Perfect World International, a MMO i stumbled upon 4 years ago, I recently quit it about 6 months ago but there was a ingame boutique where you can use IRL cash. After tallying up everything, Spent well over $5k USD but I know people that spent over $20k on the game lol.

 

Nothing, i'd use it to do up my flat.

 

The question wasn't what you would spend $1000 on --- It's what GAME you would spend it on.

For me probably Clash of Clans. Pretty fun game for me.

 

I would spend it on the most top of the line midget porn simulator, but dats just me tho.

If I got $1k i would prefer to save it but if I had to spend it on a game it would definitely be league of legends or runescape, considering those are the only 2 games I play that have an irl related market.

I'd invest it in trading or merchanting and earn more money from it. Very few university students (such as myself) can afford to lose $1k like that.

Edit: actually, it really depends if I had access to Akihabara in Tokyo, Japan. Seriously, that place is in it's own way each seedy, crazy, amazing, beautiful, perverted, and utterly awesome.

 

The funny part is I've spent close to that on games in the past. It would have to be a crazy rare title for me to spend 1k, but I think I could find a single game I could spend every penny of that on. Of course it would be a collectible and probably only rise in price.

I will say the most expensive game I've personally sold (single game) netted me 1,250 so...
