Fight Caves: Rune or Karil Cbow

Hey guys, I have heard people claim different things about this.

Which is better for fight caves, karils crossbow or a rune crossbow?

I have been trying to find a solid answer for this, thanks!

 

Karils crossbow is my personal favourite, speeds up the whole cave which is nice

 

From the amount of firecaves that I've completed, the karil's crossbow provides the better DPS, unless you use something like dragon bolts(e) throughout..

 

Depends on the bolts you use on the rune crossbow, but I think for the most part the karils crossbow the is the better choice.

Think karils x bow is better even though i always use rune crossbow because i prefer the range of it.

 

i prefer the rune c bow and diamond bolt e, because it acts as veracs effect and ignores defense while hitting 15% harder. I feel it speeds my caves even though karil is fast.

 

Karils for 180's and below.. Rune c bow/crystal bow for 360's and Jad

 

Rune, because not only does it provide the option for diamond bolt(e), which ignores armor (defensive bonuses) and also have a chance to spec and hit high, but it also opens up a slot for a prayer book, which is awesome for conserving restores for when you may really need them.

 

Iv only used karlis so id go with that

 

Karils crossbow is my go-to for fight caves.

 

ive seen a lot of people doing firecape in 07 and i see that most of them use a karils crossbow, havent really seen anyone use rune yet, even in the services.

 

Karils x bow is the standard. Unless theres some reason your REALLY trying to save pray, but even then with rune cbow your using a accumlator

 

Rune C bow is FASTER because you hit a LOT harder. Not to mention you can use a shield/prayer book.

 

Rune crossbow is better. Arma c'bow if you can afford one.

-No degrading
-Much higher damage when hitting and running (180s, etc)
-Cheaper, depending on the ammo you use
-1 handed - you can use a shield or prayer book to conserve your supplies, etc.

 

Karil's feels way faster

 

Shoots faster, but I promise you finish the cave faster with a R C'bow


I have 15 capes on Pre eoc and 5 on 07 lol. I do Jad when i'm bored some times.

Karil's xbow all the way, if you have the money to waste

 

MSB is even worse stats than a Karil's bow...
