Donations...

Hi there, just a note that I'm sure you're all aware. The current donation system is a little lackluster. I donated about a 1 and a half to 2 weeks ago and there's still nothing done because the donation system has a bug that needs to be fixed? I feel like we should have a better system to promote donations and encourage people to donate because it's simple and easy, rather than making them wait until things get fixed. It might just be me but those are just my thoughts.

Only Matthew can help, and sadly he isn't as active at current. Hopefully the issue is sorted out soon. I agree with you however.

 

We have to wait for Matthew, who comes on once or twice every week to address donation concerns and update pending requests. He is the only person here who is capable of doing this. I'm almost certain he will handle this today or tomorrow, if his patterned schedule isn't wrong.

Richard didn't respond yet and admins don't think it will ever happen.

Have someone else replace Matthew, or share the burden. You can add users without the ability to send money on business paypals, etc.


Matthew is too slow or too busy.

 

They can't just replace Matthew. They would have to allow someone into the servers. Is there someone you trust enough to do that?
