congrats Master glad you finally got one bro. seems like a lot of people are giving up because the site is starting to get a bit more responsive

 

I've tried like 100+ times on rs3 lol.....w/ spam clicking and just clicking confirm once.....gf

This is just sad, Jagex finally does something nice for the player and it FAILS as expected. I woke up early just for this over 3.5h later I havent got the names I been hoping for not a single one, while some Asian got the names to go sell on sythe. Maybe put a bit more effort into what players want instead of ******* up the game?

Fuck Jagex. They make us pay to change our names and it doesn't even work. What a rip.

 

Yeah, I'm done trying for now. 4 hours of painful waiting.

 

For anyone that wants to tag along or show off your rare names, we're doing a gathering in World 3 GE center on EOC. Come by whenever you like, youll see all the rare names.

 

Do one later when more people have names.

I've come to the conclusion that it was likely a banned account I wanted the name from, which Mod Slayer said on RSOF that an account that says its taken but really isn't could be a banned account (which you're not eligible to get, apparently).

So it seems as if Jagex wiped these accounts but don't plan on releasing them? Dat logic.

But seems to be the case, the name I want still "taken" even though it's really not.

Oh well, I'm over it. Pretty salty I wasted a large portion of my day going for it, but you live & you learn.

 

Okay I had 2 accs member for this.
I was ready at 13:00 (my time) and then nothing worked... for 3-4 hours until, i was spamming the top name on my list, just randomly, all the names said "unable to add" but a they were disappearing one by one by lucky random people... while this one at the top, didn't get taken... It's a person name, popular! and I was jjust randomly trying ingame to click it and all of a sudden it gets on my acc without me even trying but i had been 4 hours trying those names that hadn't been stolen from me and this one too and i was giving up and i knew i would never get it... but somehow it got onto my acc and i kept trying to click it as i didn't notice it being on my acc hahahahaa, but sadly my 2nd acc, never got a name ... because I got this name and the rest started to disappear while me being BUGGED BOTH ingame (name change not starting up) and site "can't check name" for 4-5 hours MORE and when FINALLY IT WORKS for everyone... and works on the site... everything is fucking.. GONE!!!!! and now I have to get a fucking D-F name on it x3 but next time i have a BIGGER list and MORE member accs.

I got one of the names I wanted for my soon to be Zerker in 07.

Salvaged the day with that.

Gave up on the other lol.

Most of the frustration for me was Jagex's servers running on a lone toaster.

All in all though I'm satisfied. My main name goal was a simplified version of one I already have

 

I spent 5 hours today trying to get any names, every single one got taken. Jagex should give me compensation for the time i WASTED ON THEIR SHITTY WEBSITE fucking gay ass cunt servers.

I much rather would have had the name for my main, kept thinking it was server errors. Now I just attribute it to it being on a banned account and it likely never being released. Huge bummer. It's not like it's a famous name or anything so really I don't see why it wasn't released. I hate the fact it was wiped yesterday cuz I got so excited.

 

Got 5-6 names

Got 20+ lined up for the d-f coming up

3 hours ago a ton more names were released. Including two names that Folt and I wanted.
