He just helped me change my title threads super fast. There was a slight problem with the character count but he helped me find a way round it by editing the ands to &s and also capitalized the first portion of my words, making it look awesome and professional! Thanks Unb4nn3d!

 

To be honest, I am new to this community.

But couple hours ago, I was about to get scammed, but I protected myself. Reported, then this guy shows up. Fast, efficient, and professional. This is the man. He keeps the market safe and we should thank him.

Wouldn't that be easy to exploit? In most cases only relying on facts will keep disputes open forever, until a staff member decides against going with the facts and closes the case in their favor.

That's highly doubtful.

Most reports are very straightforward and easy to deal with.
If the evidence is not present, the report is dismissed.
If evidence is requested and not provided in a certain amount of time, the report is also dismissed.

We don't let things sit around with nothing being done.

 

What if there is evidence which can't be disproved? What if that falls under "coincidence"? Then what happens if the opposing side can't debunk the "coincidental" evidence? And that coincidental evidence is the only evidence provided in the whole case? I'm trying to get a clear understanding on the procedure.

 

Would you like to provide an example?

 

This is off the top of my head. I wouldn't be able to find an example.
