You can relate everything to money

TO the OP: I would let them know about your grievance per first question and then for the 2nd one I would list what has now burdened you because of the stabbing

 

Like Sythe said the first part is where you can express Feelings emotional impact etc but the second question asks for specific examples of how it affected you not emotionally only but perhaps physically, affected your career, affected for relationship, etc. You can still talk about emotional impact though, but it is asking for changes that occurred due to the offense.
