Add support for dynamic images

Currently the IMG tag only supports images that end with an image extension.

URL's like these aren't supported yet:
http://hatscripts.com/addskype.png?u=bernardrs.rs

Please change the IMG tag to support different URL's. By the way, this image is for a very popular skype button which nobody can use right now because of this bug.

The image in my signature is uploaded via imgur thats why it shows up. However it does not change when I'm offline.

You can hyperlink that to an image and it will do the same thing (see my signature for example)

 

Thats a solution for hyperlinking to skype. That already works for me. The problem where this suggestion is about will still persist.

Yeah, enable scripting through third party images on an outdated version of vbulletin boards... I'm sure that would be a super idea.

This suggestion is about the following: accept images based on content type headers instead of on an extension

This. At present, everyone (like Moes ) has "I'm online!" buttons whether they're online or not. I'm down for the update if it's feasible and worth the time it saves.
