THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN:

F. I remember I had to PM leanbean for his skype. Why? Because he does not post it publicly. When I look through his posts it only shows his staff activity, his skype isn't there either. So how did the hacker get his skype to hack?

 

He couldn't possibly trade anyone else or talk to anyone else on skype, that would be absurd!

These were sent to me by anon on Skype.

FireZ is just about the only staff member I've known long enough (and I'm sure makes the most rational calls and decisions) to lead this investigation.

I trust him enough to see this through. If additional evidence comes up, or anyone actually wants my say, I'll take a look at the case and help make judgement.

No offense to anyone, but SytheStaff2014 is honestly quite retarded. Many of them/you come from the market and have no experience in leadership positions or dealing with others at this sort of level.

After this post, I'm pretty much going to stay out of it unless addressed by FireZ or anyone else intelligent. Feel free to add me on Skype.

Either prove that he faked his hacking or stfu.

What the rule says is irrelevant, anybody with half a brain knows that the rule in its current context, relating to hackings, means that the PM is to verify that you are currently talking to the correct person and not a hacker. Its basically supposed to be a no-brainer method to prevent scams whereas the hacker only gets the person's skype, and not their sythe account as well. That is, until idiots start running amuk around the market trading when they don't have a high enough IQ to wipe their own ass.

That being said, much like the real life justice system, no rule or law explains every aspect of it, there will always be loopholes and ways for people to interpret it differently, even if it should be common sense.

tl;dr dont be a fucking idiot and use a pm from a month ago as proof that somebody isn't hacked.

Also don't argue that "a lot can happen in an hour" because we all know that you're just being hard to get along with because you lost some money by being dumb. If you had a PM from Lean an hour prior in the same conversation and he claimed to get hacked in that time frame, there is no doubt in my mind that every single person on the staff team would rule in your favor.

Oh, and this just in, there is proof that Neanderthals are still wandering the earth, and have learned to use computers.

 

Corey is right honestly, if you would have followed simple trading rules you wouldn't have been in this situation.

 

No decision has been reached yet, however progress has been made finally.

 

tl;dr You're a dumbass. If you read the whole thread you would see that there is much more here at play as evidence against Lb901 besides the PM.

 

tldr, your an idiot and its your fault you got scammed. L
