[Food] Hot Pockets - Five Cheese Pizza (Crispy Crust)

This was a requested item by a certain member. Hot Pockets come in differnt varieties of crusts and I prefer the garlic butter crust, but I love the crispy texture.




Looks horrible. The fact that it's out of focus doesn't help.

Okay, Hot Pockets are not a thing I buy. It's more of a once every year thing or if there's a limited edition flavor I find interesting, I'll try it.

What I found odd about this product was that it was labeled as on sale for $2 (was $2.18) while the others were $1.99 which made me think it's stupid advertising to sell a product they don't sell a lot of. That or it could somehow be better than the others, but I know that wasn't true because Wal-Mart lies about their "was" price.

The first half of the Hot Pocket was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it. Moving on to the bulk of the product, it had actual cheese towards the bottom, but still only a little bit. I could really taste the parmesan, but other than that it tasted like generic cheese. I'm not a fan of being able to taste parmesan that much.

I'm honestly disappointed and I would stick to pepperoni if I were to get a pizza Hot Pocket. High 2/5 because it's an edible product and tastes fine, but it doesn't live up to my expectations nor the hype of the user who asked me to try it.

Don't buy.

It's all that sauce taste, like having a bad bite in a pepperoni Hot Pocket.

If you want pizza and are lazy, get a Costco 3-pack of frozen pizzas.

Sorry but I was disappointed by it! If the other one is better, I'll be sure to amend this thread.

It'd probably be better if I wasn't a pepperoni fan.

That's not bias, I just like pepperoni. I like pepperoni and jalapeno more. It goes on. But trust me, I've had bad pepperoni and bad jalapeno so the inclusion of those two ingredients doesn't necessarily contribute to a higher rating.

Besides, these are all just my opinion as an avid junk food eater haha.
