Thelatent scam

Hi Dave, I haven't recovered anything yet, I was told to wait for someone to respond on my thread. I can't recover the account anyway, I posted video proof that it was registered to Thelatent's email but didn't get a response, nothing has been resolved.

 

Okay I'm gonna toss him a PM saying he's got to recover the account and give it to you.

 

Pm'd him letting him know he's got 24 hours to recover the account and get in contact with you

 

Have been travelling, and every recovery attempt I try and make is failing, which is a problem as the account seems to have no registered email at the moment. Give me 48 hours to go home and contact jagex via twitter & try to recover from home computer, I will be home on tuesday and will try to recover, failing which i will refund him 45M OSGP i originally paid. Is that fair?

TL;DR : give me 48 hours.

Here I am told him I dont have access to the account but offered him 2 options regardless.



a) I can fully refund him 45m OSGP

b) i can try and recover it and give it back to him (the irony of this lol)

As unfair as this seems, seeing that I didnt even attempt to recover the account and not sure why it got locked, and email removed I understand it is my responsibility.

He asked for 45m OSGP refund.

Now its messed up that I come out of all this having done nothing wrong, and losing an account but I suppose If i do manage to recover it I will refund him within 5 days (as stated in our chat. reason I cant do so immediately is cause I sold it...)

Also want to talk to a mod on skype if possible.

Ill know more in < 48 hours. I will go home and try and recover it. Im not sure who has access to the account currently.

Thelatent agreed to pay back the 45m 07 spoke to him a few days ago saying his first recovery attempt failed and he was doing a second, but now not heard from him in 48hours, not sure what to do :/
