I’m a person whose never DDoSed anyone in my life, I’ve always viewed it as unethical and I’ve never been involved anywhere near such activities until partnering up with someone who had. I’ll also try to get to the point as much as possible although I feel this is a very vague area.

A1. I’m under attack

I’d like to make it clear that me and my business faced a very severe social engineering attack in attempt to crush my reputation with the business along side. From a 10 month trusted business partner relationship having absolutely every piece of confidential information leaked and used against you viciously. Everything that was used against me was a lie and I proved that - understand the attack to ruin me was an unlawful attack full of lies to only try to destroy me and not in any way shape or form shaped to protect others.

I first added him on Skype around June 2013 before launching the business in August 2013. If you notice on the screenshot the scroll bar arrow is very high up on the page, which leads me to believe that this screenshot was taken in the very early stages of the business partnership. From highlighting this point, after being under such attack from someone with as much resources and he had, he had to go back further than 10 months to get any kind of dirt on me. I’d really like to make this clear as I absolutely care about my reputation, for longer than 10 months being in a business partnership with him there was absolutely nothing bad about me.

A3. Personality/experience

I recently came across the Myres Briggs personality test which I’ve took a lot of interest towards, if you’re familiar with this I’m an ENTP. From understanding that you’d recognise that ENTP’s only make decisions that are rational and justified. jJustification is subjective, people value justice differently than others, and through experience only can you really shape your perception on justice, and based on a very new business partner relationship with someone who has good social engineering skills and is notorious for DDoSing, based on the situation we were in (our site was taken offline from DDoS attacks) I factored in all of the information and took Joopii’s advice and worked with him to perform that action. This is not justified, and only through experience I learned that, because from being who I am, I have morals and I know that there’s a line which you do not cross, I was immature and I didn’t evaluate the situation properly through lack of experience only, as later on in our relationship I exclaimed in Skype chat and in Skype calls numerous times why DDoSing is bad (will present evidence if asked).

A4. Situation

I’ll stick to the point here as I noticed I wrote an essay above— regardless of how I word this I’d just like to say the direct situation without making it sound any prettier. The said “Brandon” was assumed to of had impostor accounts attempting to scam people, and based on the situation I instructed Joopii to hit him off for 5 seconds to see if our assumptions were correct so we could go ahead and ban his BBB account in attempt to prevent further scams of his.

Again, from experience I’ve only released that this is wrong. Going back to me being an ENTP; based on the situation, at the time I felt it was justified, but from experience only I’ve learned that it is incorrect to do so, and there’s alternate options to take - and I never make the same mistake twice*. Justice is a very subjective matter*.

Me and the one user whom this is regarding both very strongly felt differently about the disagreement we had, and we both adamantly and independently each felt justified in both of our mindsets strongly. At the time after mass walls of text to each other and continuous disagreement based on numerous facts of the situation making it as a whole extremely complicated with us both valuing different aspects differently; we left our heated discussion as it was.

B1. Returning the the discussion

I forget specific situations from a while back and after reading what this user had to say, the way he was justifying his logic did indeed make sense, from reviewing it later regardless of what things I directly accused him of, his honest perception was the only thing in question always, and as I was prone to so much social engineering attacks, I valued words as 0, and physical experience and facts at 100. I was using the only facts I had, and I valued and perceived them differently than he did, when he was attempting to explain that to me I simply didn’t believe him, and went against him based on my decision.

B2. Confirmation

Regarding the specific compensation this is still pending as I’m yet to confer with some people and himself to clarify the situation, but I’ll be happy to give an update here by midnight EST tonight hopefully, I more or less just want to get this post out the way.

I hope this is everything covered and I apologise for the long drawn out paragraphs. Hey thanks for following up with this. I don't think I'm in the position at the moment to make this decision solely on my own as it is a fairly large deal. Please allow me some time to confer with other staff members and we'll come back with a decision for you

 

iZinC and I came to an agreement of him refunding me 600M in rank payments instead of 1B (compromise).
