Why does the evidence need to be posted by that user? There is tons of evidence backing up his explanation

Just a heads up, the offsite ban evading is something Won has also been pardoned for on Sythe. When they work in these asian companies, they often are found self vouching eachother and ban evading as a result of that because company workers vouch for eachother when they do trades with one-another or something weird like that.

Nonetheless, the powerbot ban reason has nothing to do with any rules that she hasn't been pardoned for on Sythe.

Green, if anyone comes to Won with legitimate proof that they were affected by the hacker then won would have to refund them.

On Sythe there's a rule about PMs and hackings. If there is a mass-hacking going around, the user would have needed to request a PM from Won Gold, or at least have some very strong proof that the user they're speaking to was won gold.

are see all too often when a big user is hacked because people want free money.

Without proof, we won't follow up with blank accusations.

 

After coming to no conclusive evidence we cannot go ahead and ban Won at this time.

The ban on Powerbot just appears to be a ban for matching IP with another user/sketchy behavior. There are no scam reports that I can find that are up to Sythe quality and we cannot move further with this until we have concrete evidence.

If you choose to solidify this and continue pursuing a ban please find new evidence that would suggest this is more than just an imposter.
