    Best Mouse/Keyboard for Gaming

I am wondering what are the best gaming mouses/keyboard.
For Counter-Strike: Global Offensive / First Person Shooters.

I've heard mechanicals are pretty great, although I've never tried one out. For gaming the CM Storm Trigger, CM Storm Quickfire Pro, CM Storm Quickfire Rapid all are recommended often. Not too sure about mice.

All a matter of personal preference.
I use a Logitech G500 mouse. Got a few controllable buttons, and the software is pretty good if you want to change something up.
The weights provided can make it as heavy as you want it.

And for keyboard I use a Logitech G19, a very, very nice keyboard.
It's got 12X3 configurable buttons, and if you keep it clean it won't let you down :p

This was my set-up for a while and I'd have to agree with Cas. Although, I have eventually switched over to a mechanical because I have cats and the keys tend to get gross (so much easier to clean a mech). The mechs also don't have the HUD which comes in handy sometimes.

Logitech G500 is still the best mouse I've used out of all of the ones I've tried so far (TtEsports Level 10M, Razer Deathadder, Cyber Snipa Silencer). I would like to test other mice (along with other peripheral items) but just don't have the money for it at the moment.

I don't play first person shooters on PC, but I have a Razer Death Adder mouse, and I love it, going to buy a new one of the exact time model if mine ever breaks.

For the keyboard, I would go with a mechanical one.

    Razer BlackWidow Stealth

And for the mouse it's really dependant on your preference, as I could suggest a weighted one or a lightweight one. It's really down to personal preference.

If you have the money go for a steelseries or a razer keyboard and a razer mouse.

I have the Razr keyboard and mouse.
    Black widow ultimate 2014
    and the deathadder mouse.

Mechanical keyboards are a gift from god. Once you buy one it is highly unlikely you will ever go back to membrane keyboards. Although keep in mind how loud most keyswitches are. Blue are what come on the keyboard i have so it sounds like machine gun fire @ 3am

I like the Deathadder mouse because its simple and funcitional.

Let me try to go into this with detail... First of all: If you are comparing mice, the deathadder feels like a cheap piece of plastic in your hands compared to other mice... Even some off-name mice I have used. It is NOT worth the price they ask for it and not even the refurbished/used price.

Logitech G500 and Cyber Snipa Stealth are better choices over it*. They allow you weight modification and extra buttons that aren't provided on the razer. So I can change my DPI in game on the fly (great for CSGO IMO) to a lower sensitivity for AWPing and a higher sensitivity for rifling. Meanwhile the razer you have to go out of game -> open up their software -> change the sensitivity there -> go back in game -> hope you're not dead by that point. Mice are also personal preference: there are two different styles - a claw grip versus palm-resting (you can look up the differences online).

Mechanical keyboards are by far 1000x better than a dome keyboard for gaming*.

It is my personal opinion that you should either go to the store and check out different versions of Cherry MX keys if you look at mechanical keyboards and/or purchase a key model set like this one: http://www.cmstore-usa.com/mechanical-key-switch-demo-board/ There are others, and this is just an example. They're relatively cheap in comparison to the cost of a keyboard and give you an overview of what would be good.

If you go with a mechanical keyboard, the ones I understand are the best are Duckys. I am running a WASD keyboard and it appears to be buggy/glitchy and I'm getting ready to RMA/warranty it. n4n0 uses the razer blackwidow ultimate and says that even though it's awesome as a mechanical, it has some drawbacks.

Finally: Go find yourself some keyboard o-rings if you are getting the mechanical. They dampen the sound and give a slightly better response on the key roll (it doesn't drop as far so your keys roll better).
