Paypal Chargeback list

Small suggestion:

A list of Paypal's that have been used to chargeback payments. Since Sythe has a lot of authority in Google SERPs, anything that is posted on sythe will usually be on the front page of an exact search. I am suggesting that a list be set of for users to post emails (along with some type of proof, may it be a simple screen cap of the chargeback email from paypal) that have been used to charge back payments. I always perform a search of skype + paypal email before starting my services but sometimes can find nothing! This is an extremely easy suggestion that can be pinned in the market discussion section and will result in less chargebacks with absolutely no costs.

I was mistaken, it was a skype scammer list.

Also- if you include the PP email in the Scam Report, it should come up when searched on Google as well
