Skype Suspended?

So recently it seems my Skype account was suspended for no reason. I have lodged a ticket with Skype support and they have advised that this is due to suspicious activity?

Anyone else been in this scenario before? What is the fastest way to solve this?


EDIT: I can login to the microsoft account [email protected] fine, however the skype ID used in relation to this account live:nytrix.sythe has been suspended.

You aren't the only one. I've kept a low profile, not being in the market and such. It looks like they are investigating accounts with a lot of contacts that have skype premium.

 

Yeah I don't have skype premium though, only a mass amount of contacts :\

 

Yeah super as well didn't have skype premium I assume someone is going around reporting all these skypes...

Had the same problem on 2 skypes.

 

Managed to regain access of my Skype account.

 

Did they mention why it was suspended? Did you have to do anything or just waited it out?

 

It was suspended for no reason. I had to contact their livechat daily to get them to speed up the process. Took about 10 days :\

 

Still no luck getting mine back. Gone back and forth over email 3 times...

 

3 times? I went back and forth over 10 times with follow ups on livechat inbetween....
