    Another PA problem...

    Looks all my orders get messed up. I sold an accounts and an item on PA and wow no surprise I was supposed to get the payment but tots sitting there as queued for immediate processing, I'm not even surprised though. Anyone else have this problem recently

    Another PA problem...

    It's not a problem. It's them working through hundreds of orders on a daily basis. They will get around to you.

    They said they would respond within 24 hours, been over 24 with no response.

    They're shit, I join chat and they give me same response everytime." I'll let our mediation department know and they'll email you today." I tell them you've been saying that for the past 4 days and then they disconnect me.

    You do know YOU can e-mail their mediation department, right?
    If your PayPal doesn't match your PlayerAuctions name or it isn't verified, that may be your issue.

    Another PA problem...

    I've got around 400 feedback on PA and most of that is account sales.

    I've had a couple bumps along the road but it's always been immediately solved when I contacted their live support (which is pretty awesome although some representatives are bogus). Their order processing is all automated, which leaves a little room for something to trip up on the rare occasion.

    I'll shoot Jacob (PA CEO) this link on skype and have him check this out. He's a really busy guy but he's usually good with helping us Sythe users out right away, he'll probably get at you via a pm on here.

    @Folt, thanks for the heads up.

    Glad to see things worked out, though I apologize you were not contacted within the stated 24 hours. Our CS offices were actually hit this week by Typhoon Glenda, and that has interfered with our ability to keep up with support volume.

    I understand that things are normalizing for them in those offices now, but they still have a backlog to catch up on. I'll post a separate update later.

    I hope further trades work out well for you.
