Why did you give me an infraction for my FIRST signature violation? Was it because Roary put you up to this? Has Johng or Abarta been pulling your strings also??

The Official Sythe.org Rules clearly state that if it's my first signature violation, then I should only receive a warning. I suggest you go re-read the rules that you are supposedly enforcing if you don't believe me.

How about before you go bashing the fact I haven't read the rules you go read the rules.

Signature violations:
**How Signature Violations are handled:

First Violation: Warning
Second Violation: 2 Week Signature Disable
Third Violation: 3 Month Signature Disable
Fourth Violation: Permanent Disable

NOTE: Signature violations do NOT expire. Just because the infraction has expired, does not mean the warning has also expired. Signature Violations are PERMANENT.

ALL signature violations REQUIRE an infraction because it is the easiest way to keep track of how many you've had. By warning it means no signature disable occurs. As for someone pulling my strings I'm not even sure what you mean? I haven't talked to either of those people named in ages.

 

Can you read? That was my first signature violation. I should have received a warning, not an infraction.

So I'm guessing now you can just make up changes to the official rules whenever you feel like it? Please point me to where it specifically states that.

 

Unfortunately I can't show you the post on our instructions for signature violations but they do show us step by step guide for each violation. Granted I was suppose to put a long message in copy and pasted which I forgot to do in your infraction but every signature violation is accompanied by an infraction always I can get other moderators to attest to that. If it'd make you feel better I could make it worth 0 points but I'm honestly not trying to treat you unfairly just following the guidelines in the staff lounge which yet again other mods can attest to.

Lately I find that hard to believe. I've been banned multiple times in these past few months for bullshit reasons, such as re-posting a message (in which a member of staff had previously posted) from a banned user and literally being mean and "emotionally harming" a user. Try to understand where I'm coming from and why I'm up in arms about this new incident which isn't stated in the official rules for the public to view.

I'll have other moderators attest to infracting all users for signature violations. Unfortunately now looking back on their infractions they've been laying the majority have been 0 point warning infractions just as a secondary indication that you've had a signature violation in the past (so if a second were to occur the proper punishment occurs).

I actually wasn't super active when that occurred but I understand that if you felt like you have been treated unfairly recently my infraction may have seemed like I was out to try and fuck you over. If you think the infraction point could be a problem or you just want it removed let me know because typically it is a 0 point infraction but I actually didn't apply it that way (sorry I don't deal with a whole ton of signature violations).

 

Thanks for taking time to actually explain your reasoning/judgement behind your actions. It's rare nowadays to see members of staff do that, so I commend you for that.

Sorry for making something out of nothing and blowing this way out of proportion. I'm all good now, just wanted a explanation.

Your a good mod. This site has really gone down the shitter and it seems like you try your best to hold it together. Just you seem like a fair guy.

 

He really is. I used to think he bias and corrupt as hell- like Roary, but he's not too shabby.

 

Always quick to respond to me weather that be on skype, or sythe PM's, or Reported Posts. Entrr has never let me down, and is quick at handling reports.

I dont like him much. He gave me twc just because I wanted to fit in and help members out. He didnt care about the people disrespecting me and others, he just decided to put twc on me and not accept my twc dispute.

He didn't give you TWC because you were "fitting in" he gave it because you were acting extremely sketchy, saying you wouldn't go first to a 300$ donor with more vouches then you, and that you don't trust anyone. Also not to mention you lied about having skype and a bunch of other things.
