I am seeking feedback on a service I haven't found here and if the feedback is good i will start.

Instead of people going and buying pures and low level stakers from people that could easily recover the account why not pay maybe a little bit more but be the original owner of the account and make it 100% secured.

Yes we have skill training and questing services but they usually do a large amount one particular skill(Ex. 70-90str). I am looking mainly to make custom accounts for people. And I was searching around the forum and couldn't find a legit/cheaper way to level my new account so I came here to see if anyone was interested in the idea I have.

My idea is to offer a cheaper way for to buy skill training and questing all in one package. So you would start out by making a new runescape account or if you already have a lower level one you want to start. You would come here fill out my application including All the Skills/quest/goals you want to accomplish on the account. These accomplishments are not meant to be things like 99 str. A lot lower but more of them.

For example You MAKE a fresh account and want a 60-60-1 1prayer pure with Monkey madness and mithril gloves done. I COULD SUPPLY AND GET EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR TRAINING OF COARSE THAT WOULD BE EXTRA. This would be a larger task and i feel around a week(week and a half to complete). But the account would be completely yours and secured forever because you made the account.

All pricing would be on a account by account basis and i would give you an estimate for the whole order and can even break down by what quest would cost or what skills would cost what to drop the price to fit your budget.

Sorry was a bit of a read but i feel like this idea is different than your traditional skiller/quester. As I am literally making you a customized account. All you have to do is make it.
