How does 'Card' work?

Trade a ranked player at the Duel Arena.
Before you trade xx amount of 07 GP, rank will confirm for receiving
under your name
(example): Taking XX amount from (insert your name)After accepting, rank will find a stake with that amount against a random player of the same level.
If the rank wins the stake you have bet on, rank will payout with a commision fee of 5%.

"All ranks are legit and open to stake your GP with 50/50 odds. Ranks will only collect 5% commision if you win stake with your GP!"

Why doesn't this FC do RS3 as well? Especially with the introduction of Legacy...

 

We did do RS3 aswell. We were the first one who introduced but the problem is, there are stalls

 

What are stalls?

 

An item/interface when executed delays a hit on your character which makes your hit appear first basically giving you pid of they don't stall too. It's how people get odds when staking on rs3/legacy.
