Question about how to record a room via webcam, possible interfacing

You could have a live feed of your webcam sent directly to your phone. What type of phone do you have?

 

The phone being used would be an iPhone, not jailbroken.

That's what I was thinking, my question though is what software could be used -- any ideas lean?

 

For an Iphone you'd be looking for the iphone version of the air cam which can be found here along with instructions on how to use the software.

 

Could invest in dropcam (like Apple did ) - https://www.dropcam.com/

Also, why haven't you called the police? If someone is breaking and entering, go to them. I bet they know about monitoring a room than the rest of us; maybe they can point you in the right direction.

 

iCam is the most feature rich imo. it only costs 5$ and works very well for me.

 

dropcam is probably your best option
