Haha, I will forgive you this time then.

 

Even through I got denied twice I like current system. However OMMs since they already passed the whole application should have a word in OMM application polls, if globals+ can view private middlemen forum, then we could just poll applications here, however I'll never support community voting for OMMs

 

@Suf if you think Unb4nn3d is laying the idea out better than myself or Roary, then stick to seeing it from his POV because we're all saying the same things in different ways.

The way you've outlined it on the second to last post of the page prior to this one is a pretty accurate description of how we plan for it to work.

 

the vouches do the talking, the more popular members of staff will get a lot of brown nose's and suck ups..

I've not really been here long to have a valid say in this argument, but looking at it logically, the OMM requirements should be hard and should stay as they are, I wouldn't want to know i'm trusting an OMM with let's say 10,000$ when they only have 100 vouches, but because they're popular members of staff, they've managed to become an OMM.

 

The OMM application/requirements aren't changing. Completing an OMM app means you've been trusted with a considerable amount of cash.

As long as they are doing a mostly objective job then its whatever.

 

For the most part, this is accurate.

Not to mention, the voice/opinions of the community should be posted on the application itself as feedback, which is part of the process (outlined by Dave in a previous post).

I'm sure there are a couple other points that have not been factored in, but this is the most accurate representation of what the current system will try to accomplish at this point.

What about a community vote plus staff vote and then the two combined are used to give a rational outcome.

 

This was already solved, I should have closed this ages ago. A community vote won't happen. Sorry Andreas
