Custom Keybinds?

Do you change any of the default settings?

Such as, my '3' Stops my champion for when im CSing etc, A is camlock/unlock, S shop, stuff like that.

Interesting to see what other players use differently to me

Edit: And also when im playing vayne i switch my bilgewater/botrk to my W, so i have 4 Skills on vayne

 

I use the preset key-binds.

The placement seems logical and I've become accustomed to them.

 

been playing since season 1 and i never tought on that OMG really good idea

 

I use the default ones too.
It's an interesting thought to use custom keybinds though.

 

Just get used to default ones and you should be good. Only thing I change is smartcasting skills and active items

I always make BotRK and DFG on my 2. It's still easy to get to with my W, but then it doesn't matter if I'm on a champion that actually has a W. For example, almost every mage that builds DFG has a W skill, so it's stupid to have to worry about it always being on a different keybind for a different champ. Jax and Tryndamere both also build BotRK, and for them not using your W would be absurd.

Plus, then for the one champ in the game that I switch the keybind, CTRL+W for levelling up W will no longer work. Seems overly complicated.'


I do have stop re-bound to my mouse, and I have atk+move re-bound to my mouse. I often forget to use them and still use S and A anyway.

 

dude he uses Botrk on vayne's W because W isn't a skill. I bet he doesnt use on champs with W skills lol

 

I know, but to my simplistic brain, it's confusing to have BotRK on two different keys.

 

I think I may have the weirdest keybinds in the community, mostly because I'm a left-handed gamer, who just happens to be right-handed for every other task.

R = /
Trinket = ,
Item slot 1 = J
Item slot 2 = K
Level up = RCrtl + Q/W/E/R
Self cast - RShift + Q/W/E/R

Looks confusing, and it actually quite is. Unfortunately, I don't have any plans to change into a right-handed gamer anytime soon.

 

Mine are default, I learned that way as I didn't know you could change them at first, and it's stuck.

Ahh haha i know what you are saying, although i have BoTRK on W and Youmoo's on 2, i hate having to press number 1, stretches my fingers too far imo XD.

 

That's really confusing, I don't know how you manage to do it

 

I am very used to the custom bind key , In Battlefield and other various shooting games however, I like to set my keys up

 

I have wards on autocast/smartcast and trinket on mouse button 5 (gaming mouse).

 

Vayne + W on BORK is so smart I never thought of that

 

This thread is great. As a low Elo I don't think about stuff like this. I specifically don't buy items like Botrk so I can focus during Tf's but I can probably throw it on my e for Warwick.

 

I level up my skills using mouse buttons, I use t for my trinket, got rid of toggle lock camera. That's about all I've done, I always put my most important active at 1 like zhonyas or botrk
