    If anyone needs weightlifting tips let me know

    Been lifting for awhile here on the base I live on. Haven't lifted in like two months though, starting up again. Got pretty small muscle wise, and fatter again from not lifting for awhile and eating unhealthy. Anyway, if anyone needs tips or anything or if anyone that's starting out needs a good routine to start with feel free to hit me up...

    Mirin fatceps. What do you plan to do with that massive bottle of water however, drink it all while at the gym? Doing so isn't going to help you because you don't fully get hydrated until at least 30 minutes later.

    LOLLLLLLLL You all who said team no calves and I don't work legs are completely fucking retarded and need to stop running your mouths for no reason. First of all, it's just how the picture was taken, secondly, I can calf raise over 1,000 pounds and I was asked to join the competition at my gym, guarantee my calves are bigger than any of you. mmmmm yeah, #teamnolegs, even though they're most likely twice, if not 3 times your skinny legs. God I hate cocksuckers that run their mouths for no reason.

    If you're talking about my gallon jug there, I drink at least a gallon of water per day because it helps with your metabolic rate, which in return helps burn fat. God damn I love kids that talk shit when they don't know.

    Uh no, but I do GVT training, which is 10 sets of 10 and it gets pretty strenuous so I get thirsty as hell, then after that to top it off I hit 1-2 miles on the treadmill.

    Break it up into chest/back days, bis and tris, legs, shoulders, abs, 5 days a week. When I'm doing GVT I do the major muscle group for each body part 10/10, then the smaller parts of that body part I do 3/10, heavy weight on 10/10 and 3/10.

    Look up German Volume Training, it's what the olympic lifters do in their off season. Not really a workout for beginners
