Playerauctions Negative Balance

What happened was I had a negative balance on PA so I was not allowed to display my for sale offers. While I was sleeping playerauctions deducted the fee I owed them from one of my disbursements and made my offers active. The RS3 price had gone up a lot since I last sold gold on PA so when they made my offer active while I was sleeping I got a lot of orders. They ended up charging me $57.45 in fines even though they were the ones who put my offers up, not me. I tried emailing them about this and they have not replied in 7 days. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I pmed Playerauctions on sythe also asking for his skype.

 

Playerauctions service is a complete joke, Ive used a bit in the past and the livechat are completely useless.... I mean even for an Asian site they just don't have a clue... wasted 7 hours of my time because their system is a pile of shit.....

Well I think your best bet is maybe even filing a scam report on here.... everything else just doesn't seem to work or takes an age if you're lucky

 

Their support system is terrible. I just wouddn't drop it, keep bothering.

I've send a PM few weeks ago too about the 'new market' on PA. Never heard something. I'm getting the feeling Jake is very selective in handling issues. The ones not openly on internet are not solved. My advice is to start a thread over here making your issue public, I'll assure Jake replies and will solve your issue in order to keep negativity about PA down.

As far as I can tell I was never refunded or given a reason why I shouldn't be refunded.

 

The PA owner hasen't been on but I dont even know why thats such an issue when he has workers he needs to give the people who work the livechat and emails some sort of power so hes not stuck fixing everyones small problems himself.

The only reason why he desperately tries to solve these "issues" is because he doesn't want negative threads about pa on here.

There are hundreds if not thousands who have issues but get ignored because they don't advertise it and make it public.

Their system is utterly horrid.

I ignore the constant emails I get about people wanting to do "SEO" for us, I do not ignore members.

Oblivion, be fair. If my role was community manager, and I responded late, then get on me for it. If in reality, I handle all western business within our corporate governance, then please don't assume you are being ignored if I am unable to always respond in a timely manner.

Yes. I am selective, my time is very limited. But actually the inverse of your suggestion is true.

People who send direct correspondence ([email protected]), get helped the fastest. People who PM me, get help the next fastest. And people who start threads, usually have to wait for me to "discover", which... as people might have seen for this month... can cause significant delays, especially when I am traveling.

Your PM about "new markets" was very low on my to do list (sorry mate), and people having issues actually received higher priority responses

I was clear in that thread that people sending out PM's would not get preference, and that people who posted their info in the thread would receive the information first (which they did)

^^ This. Since I've been traveling this month, I have about 34 PM's I need to get to.

Our CS is steadily improving I'm happy to say with our new CS Manager, and in about two months I will be introducing her to the Sythe community for you all the meet.
