Mr Extremez requesting a pardon for Scamming

Hello, this will be my third pardon I have submitted now. My first pardon got no support due to me not refunding the victim fully. My second pardon got three supports and zero no supports, however it got denied as it did not get enough supports in the allotted time given.

The reason I was banned:

I was banned for unfairly scamming OldSchoolPlayer (he is now banned for scamming divicasales). He paid me 3.5 million Old School Runescape gold before the service started for me to raise him from 83 to 87 strength at bandits. If I completed that in a satisfactory time for him he would then pay me another 3.5 million Old School Runescape gold to get him from 87 to 90 strength.

Detailed description of what happened:

So, basically what happened was I started out at a decent pace and I raised him to 84 strength. Then I kept raising little by little for a short amount of time, but once I got half way to 85 strength I ended up stopping the service.

I stopped doing the service for two main reasons. The first reason I stopped doing the service was because I have played on a competitive baseball team my whole entire life. We had tournaments starting up when he requested me to start doing the services. I thought I could work around the conflicts I had in real life, but unfortunately I could not. I hope this is understandable, because I am not able to skip out on a baseball game unless I want to get kicked off the team.
I know I should have told him I had conflicts and I could not do the service, but I failed to do that, and I am highly apologetic for that.

The second and main reason I believe I stopped doing the service at the time was, when I did get free time to train his account, I would start doing other services for people instead of working on his service. I did this because I found other services to be easier to do and I would make more money off them so I kept doing them. I find what I did completely unacceptable and would never ever do this again. I have grown and matured a lot in the past year + I have been gone from Sythe, and with that maturity I plan to build lots of positive scam free relationships on Sythe. If I ever find my self in a spot in life where I am too busy to run a service for someone, I will be happy to give them a full refund, or I will tell them I can not start a service for them at the current time due to me being too busy. If I would have been less lazy at the time I know for sure I could have easily finished this service with no troubles. I have been clean and scam free for a year + now, and I plan to continue that streak for many years to come.

He started bugging me to finish his service so then I blocked him on Skype for a few weeks (regretfully). I blocked him on Skype, because at the time I thought that if I blocked him on Skype he would just go away and stop bothering me (stupid of me right). However it was the complete opposite he started posting on my threads, private messaging me on Skype, and eventually he reported me and got me banned.

I paid him back 2.25 million Old School Runescape gold, and I did another 1.25 million Old School Runescape gold worth of questing services for him.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:

A year and one month ago I ban evaded on the account Jmanku4 to make 3 posts, one of them was a vouch thread, the other post was doing a service for someone, and the last post was me trying to buy someones account which I never ended up buying. Also, 6 months ago I ban evaded on the account Rs Titan to make 2 posts, one of them was a vouch thread, and the other was my pardon 6 months ago.

Other then that I have nothing else to confess and I have been ban evade free and scam free for a long time!

If anyone was wondering what I have been doing since I have been banned a year ago, I have started doing Runescape private services, and participating in other black markets other than Sythe to gain trust.

Well, I'll give you a 10/10 for organizing your pardon. I respect the fact you took the time to layout a thread that may define your next 6 months.

1st pardon: You didn't need to wait 6 months to post another pardon. You only needed to fully pay back the victim.
However, it seems you were unable to pay back the victim fully by your second pardon, but somehow you've finally been able to do so.

2nd pardon: You were unable to completely refund the victim and gained some supports as they could not be contacted.
Out of luck of whatever it may be, it seems you were able to come back into contact with the victim and fully refund what was scammed.

In addition to the above, it seems you've reformed in the last year and understand what is required of you as a user to perform services on Sythe and how to properly handle tough situations (i.e. when time is not available to complete a requested service).

You've also provided evidence of positive feedback for business performed off-site, as well as reputable users from Sythe (Murdshop / Soul Rich) trusting you with an account sale even though you have been banned on Sythe.

Putting all of this into consideration, I will support.
