Best way to transfer GP?

Hi all, just wondering what the best way would be to transfer gold. I purchased an account and have about 150m cash on my old main, and want to transfer it to my new one..

I know there's no "safe" way, but what would be a safer way? Giving it to my friend, and having him give it to my main? Or pretending that i'm quitting on my old main, and have my friend log in to my old main and give it to my new main? Will Jagex flag it if they see my friend log in onto my old main since the IP is different?

Any suggestions? Yeah I could just make my own on the new account but that starting chunk is what I need to get going.

Well assuming the gold was legitimately made they don't really care if you transfer it from one account to another so long as the gold wasn't real world traded. I'd multilog and trade it directly. I always have with no problems.

 

Yeah I mean I made it from frosts/flipping.. How would they know it's not from anything else or if it was made legit? And seriously? jeez... haha.

 

You'll be fine. You're allowed to trade wealth from one account to another now. They recently amended the rule. Multi-logging also allowed, though the "login limit exceeded" thing was never removed, I don't know why that is.

You'll be fine transferring it face to face in a trade window though. Given the amount of GP the chances are slim to none that even if it was RWT'D money, you'd still be fine.

You don't need your friend. You can easily bypass the login limit by opening up two windows in the same world and simultaneously clicking login. This is not against the rules. Tons of people do this. Like I said, Jagex changed the rules recently.

Just to clarify ---- likely the only reason the login limit exceeded still exists are for a few reasons:

To stop any of the few remaining bots from littering the same worlds or interacting with each other.

To stop people from multilogging to boost minigames or impact the results of minigames (This is still against the rules)

To simply discourage multilogging, despite it being mostly acceptable now. Or to simply discourage wealth trading, even though it's explicitly stated it's allowed unless it was gained through 'duplicitous' means such as botting or rwting.


But yeah, you'll be fine man. Wouldn't worry at all.

 

If you're not confident about the above, you could always politely ask a trusted sythe member, i'm sure a few of them would do it.

 

Yes, trading gold between accounts that you own and have trained legit is fine, the more you try to hide it the more suspicious they will get, so a simple trade would be best in my opinion

 

Would this be considered "unfair" and ban-worthy?
so if I keep the cash on my old main and use it to flip with. Then use the new account to boss and pvm and transfer the money to my old main every couple of days so I can build my cash stack on myold main to fflip with? I'm just not looking to get banned..I could put it all on the new acc but I'm paranoid ill get hacked or something in the future so I dont keep my money on it since I bought it

 

You'll be fine bro. Transfers of that magnitude are not going to be monitored. The chances are literally slim to none you get reprimanded. Jagex is interested in taking out the big guns, the big traders. You have nothing to worry about.

Transfer with confidence . You'll be fine. Plus you're making your cash legitimately anyway.

In the same world, yeah. Like they never removed the buffer of too many accounts logged in or whatnot...but apparently they allowed multilogging.

You can find a bunch of topics on it on the official forums, that's where I first learned the rule had been amended.
