Got the Witcher 2 and I'm debating getting Farcry 3. Divinity Original Sin looks pretty sweet - anyone else looking to get that?

 

Definitely get FC 3. Even if it was 30 bucks I'd say get it.

I haven't thought about Divinity, Bound by Flame took me by surprise being 23 bucks, that's a pretty new game.

That doesn't seem to bode well for it being good if it's already down to 23, but I might try it.

New sale up. Rocksmith 2014 looks like a pretty interesting program if you play guitar. Might spend the $2 on Terraria.

Got myself Farcry 3, The witcher 2 and Payday 2. Going to get Skyrim legendary and Terraria.

Baldur's gates looks interesting for a 16 year old game, might get it, most likely would if a couple people here does and is interested in the multiplayer. The reviews is overwhelmingly positive, comparing it to rather new games of its genre. Surprised horror won the voting.

Quick question. I heard of someone putting their games on an SSD. How some games are DRM and others limiting the times you can download it on different computers. Can anyone explain to me if it's worth considering doing this as well?

I'd recommend baldurs gate, it's actually really good for its time.

 

You can download steam games as many times as you want.

 

I heard of there being limits for some games, such as downloading it on 5 different computers or 10 times on 1 computer. I probably shouldn't sweat it however, because if those numbers are accurate, I'll probably be done with the game by the time I reach anywhere close to that.

 

You mean family sharing? yes you can only authorize 5-10 computers I think to share your games and they can only play if you are not playing but if they are playing and you wanted to play, you can just launch the game and it will give them 5 mins to enjoy the game and after that, the game will automatically shut down.

 

If you can authorize a minimum of at least 5 computers per game, Im good with that. But 5 was just a random number I heard, I was afraid a different game could limit it to 1-3 depending on the creator. 1-2 would've sucked and I'd hate to find out the hard way.

 

Still haven't picked up anything =[. Have over 150 games on steam and nothing peaking my interest yet... weird

 

I know Steam does not do that. Maybe some of the games they sell have addition DRM that does shit like that but I'm not sure. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
