Hattez Question

First and foremost, I never asked anyone to post on my behalf. I never asked the community to join in with their thoughts. This was solely the community coming forward. I didnt social engineer the entire site, so please stop. I may be alot of things but grouping me with "scammers, hackers, Social Engineer's and black hat activists is insulting and a down right lie to the core. Its disgusting and in all sense and purpose's defaming me. (josho) Hell it might even be considered cyber stalking... state laws n such.

The thread lead to a series of events i only recently became aware of. My question to you guys is? Do i pardon in a few months like n4n0 begrudgingly allowed or, do can i dispute my ban per the new rule. Not sure how my case will be handled with this entire situation.

According to sythe's last post and his thread here http://www.sythe.org/13589766-post119.html I believe I am to make a ban dispute. Please dont think Im "social engineering" you or "grasping for anyone to listen to me" I just need to know what set of rules and regulations you want me to follow. Is my case going to be handled differently? in which case i should wait till my 6 months are up? can i be given the exact date of my ban? Now that everyone is completely up to date with why i was banned and why im not banned. (i didnt even know why i was banned either it changed every few pages tbh) Hopefully i can either pardon or dispute here shortly. I do appreciate the community and mods for coming together and working this out peacefully with out losing active members. It would of been a shame to see more of the community gone for trivial reasons.

When The decision comes i will post my defense and how i obtained the information and why it wasnt obtained when trins email was hacked. It was also include why im a trusted member and no a black hats activist.

( Seriously tho the law links and cyber stalking shit was a little much) But hey everyone has their own opinions i guess?

 

Based on Richards new personal information leak/distribution rule, a ban of 6 months is in order. However, I believe you've served 4 months of it already (correct me if I'm wrong)? Technically, in 2 months you should be unbanned without having to pardon or dispute again. That's my take on it anyway. I'd support an unban earlier, as this rule was amended only yesterday, and you've already been banned for a lengthy amount of time.

 

I'd still like the full 6 months served since it is what the rules state now.

 

I'd say wait the next two months out. We don't want to see anything like this again though.

Change it to a 6 month overall ban.

 

Ban will be set to 60 days from now (we cant set a 51 day ban) Dispute on Aug 6th to be unbanned
