Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Before I start, I would just like to say how many staff members instantly looked down on me in disgust without asking about the blackhat activities and just assumed the worst out of me. So I will start out by addressing the few that I will assume, looked down at me:

@Cas_M: The Skype crash was used to crash group convo's that I have with my friends. So it was indeed for personal use. The Gmail, I have indeed recovered it, but prior to recovering the account don't you think I would have already gone through Google? Or did you just assume that I instantly wanted it cracked? The Gmail account was from 2007 when I was in high school. I'm sure you too will find it hard to remember information from 7 years ago, correct? No disrespect, I just wanted to clear that up with you.

@ENTRR: I understand what you mean, although I do know those things, it doesn't mean I will execute them within the community. You claimed me as a danger to the community. Knowledge of something does not indicate a person to be threatening. You've watched actions movies right? So you know how to pull the trigger of a gun? You've got that knowledge, does that mean you're a danger to the community and should be removed? Knowledge is knowledge, you're a threat once you've executed that knowledge into the community. No disrespect, I just wanted to express that and further clear it up with you.

Now for the reason that I should be forgiven. I do admit to knowing these things, I will not deny it one bit but my account is clean. I have received no scamming reports at all and I've done great trades which lead to the vouches within my thread. I have not executed any form of blackhat activity within the community and as I stated, it was for personal use, nothing that will have reaped any personal gain over any other member onsite or offsite. I just want to come back to the community and be a part of it again and continue to be a positive member and stay clean. Whether I am unbanned and accepted or whether my pardon is not passed, I will still remain a positive and high quality member and always will be.

I hope that I am able to gain support from staff members, I am not sure I will due to the reason of the ban, but I hope that someone will give me a second chance to prove that I am a positive member.
