From Denmark -> Netherlands, my speedtest.net was below 50 km from testing server.

Do you have a data cap that those speeds are so ridiculous or just on a really good line?

should be 70+ but i'm streaming programs atm, just had Fiberoptic net put in today, went from 2mbps to that

 

We have 90/90 connection, so the speed should be a little higher than that. But obviously I will get the best connection to stuff close to me. Speedtest can do one really near.

Oh screw you. I just want like 5Mb up so I can run a couple servers. But no. TWC sucks all the dicks.

 

Switch providers? I keep hearing all this butthurt about telecom in the US, why can't you just change companies?

It's TWC, 1Mb down DSL, or satelite and 600ms pings. I literally have no choice if I want internet that is useful for anything.

And my work is ridiculously fast. I'll post a picture when I'm back in the office Tuesday.

 

Is TWC the only cable provider in your region or something? DSL/fibre isn't an option?

 

I can get DSL through TWC if I want. Otherwise it is not offered. No Fibre. Most telecoms have locally approved monopolies in the US.

Yep mines looking about the same. I have to say virgin fibre optics is great for the price if you're in a location that supports it.

 

They're very good, wish I was seeing that latency though haha..
