Twc?

Hello, I recently received a TWC a while ago finally have time to dispute it but here we go.

So I received a PM from someone on Sythe wanting to purchase, I told him to add my skype and he did a few days later. A boost through RSGP, The trade was good and safe.

He also says that I had gotten his account muted which is incorrect. He messages me about 1+ week later after he changed his password declining the service. Here are screenies. ( I was nice to this person through the whole process and just received a big kick in the face )

NOTE: Dave said it was shady that I didn't said " I didn't do business with this guy" It was a simple mistake, It was a a long course of time and would just like this to be solved!

He just ended up refusing service and I just don't know why that gets me a TWC ,-,

 

Seems more of a disgruntled customer than anything else.
