What if I just ignore my - balance on my paypal chargeback

So here is the story, I was boosting an account and got it to legend in hearthstone for 150$ and I used up all the money then suddenly the guy decided to charge me back and now I have - balance and I don't have any proof of me doing the service since I didn't screenshot it (my bad) and he deleted his skype msgs saying he got it and etc.

I turned the claim to a dispute and said that the item was already given but I have no proof
Only personal info it has is my adress and name and email
No bank accounts ot cc are in the account

Am I fucked? and what is the worst that paypal can do to me because I am very worried about like debt collectors and stuff. Or should I just not stress about it and ignore it
- I did a service
- got charged back
- filed a claimed and I ended up losing
- Now have - balance on my paypal account because I used the money before it was charged backed
- Only thing on the paypal account is my name and address

What will paypal do? Will they ignore it? Just spam my email? Or will they get debt collectors on me?

Is it worth paying to bring my balance back to 0?

 

as long as paypal is aware that it was a virtual purchase (intangible, non-real-life item) then you won't be chargebacked.
paypal does not support trades such as these and will not determine in favor of anyone except for the one the chargeback was placed upon (you in this case).

Firstly, contact the person you boosted and explain to them you have the power to get their account banned for boosting, and will do it, unless they return your money.

You have the power here, use it.

 

If you ignore the negative balance, you won't be able to use the account. Paypal will send letters to your home and possibly even call you reminding you about your negative balance.

Refilling the balance is not worth it unless you're starting up some type of business, otherwise you shouldn't use Paypal anymore.

Your chances of winning the case are close to zip since this is a trade of virtual goods which paypal doesn't support.

His intentions were to scam you from the beginning (probably). I doubt that he would re-add someone that he scammed. The guilt would be gut wrenching, and suppose you told him that you would get him banned, do you think he would believe that? If by the off chance he does add you, you can try.

Make a new skype and add him.

Prior to doing that, collect all screenshots as proof that show you boosted him and he requested it. Collate it and then add him on a new skype. Show him what you have, and what you'll do.

LoL Boosting rarely has any chargeback issues, simply because people don't want their accounts banned, and the booster has the power to do so. If they are after a boost, it's clear they care about their account as they are vesting monetary aspects into their account. I highly doubt someone who buys a boost would not care about their account; and in turn risk it being banned.

Where do you stand at current? Did you contact the person you Boosted and state what you're able to do? If not, did you contact PayPal?

 

If your Paypal account is verified to your bank account they take the negative balance out of your bank account. Otherwise you should be fine if you don't want to use Paypal anymore.

 

Wouldn't it go to collections if it is verefied?

They won't "let it go", but they can't charge it to your card or take it from your bank. Essentially, you won't be able to use paypal again. If it isn't an EXTREMELY high amount, you would be better off paying your negative balance.

If they know your information like bank account, creditcard, adress, whatever you will never be able to use paypal again properly for yourself.

They aren't retarded, and will probably find you if you have one of the above listed on your paypal.
