Nah, we already see very little of the staff, pardons/disputes are the only section where we get to see the thought process and justifications that the staff makes for unbanning, and we can critique staff members using that information- to lead them to improve.

IE. certain staff members just tend to wait for a global/admin to post and then bandwagon onto their thoughts rather than use their own. I feel like we should be able to see that and give feedback on it.

I do agree that it would probably make bandwagoning harder, but I think being upfront with it is better in the long-run.

 

That was my main reasoning behind it. Changes need to happen to eliminate bias.

 

John would never scam anyone, i don't see a reason for him to stay banned. And r2's worker gave his skype's password to Ooga,which is a LOT worse then what John did,yet r2p didnt have to refund any of the victims...

I also agree that the pardon system is broken as fuck, no conditional support is stupid. It being a popularity contest is stupid. Etc. I think a revision is in order after seeing this round of pardons.

 

Because 80% of Sythe are members who are in capable of making rational decisions such as deciding if someone's Sythe account can be reinstated or banned. Too many factors to that and that'll never happen.

I'm surprised Sythe or N4n0 haven't posted or replied to any feedback. It kind of shows the direction the staff team has been heading, it doesn't seem like anyone is looking out for the site only looking out for their own interests. Honestly like someone said somewhere else the only reason n4n0 seems to be an admin at the moment is to deal with the people attempting to pardon who were involved with his incident.

 

It was one of his workers(matresa) and he gave the password to a scammer to scam people. It wasnt r2p's fault(cus he didnt know bout it)

I will say Trin has very little influence in pardons if at all, getting you banned however I've experienced personally. I "went too far" for calling her a whale and shit in the SF and she got me banned by a favor from a mod :/

N4N0 though, I agree. Not sure why he's still allowed to be an admin, if I had to guess its just big rich defending him still... I'm tempted to want FireZ back as Admin asap to help balance this shit out.

And yeah, I totally agree with what you said about certain staff looking out only for their own interests,we've all experienced this first hand with n4n0 -.-
