Can you still gamble in RS?

Is there still gambling in runescape?

 

No All kinds of gambling has been removed...

True, but that's not gambling as it used to be.
There's also RuneScape Poker sites, like gpbets.

 

I would only be able to suggest IRC dicing or Poker.

Some clans host RSPS servers dedicated to gambling RSGP too.

The cashin/cashout system is 100 times safer and is in place to ensure the customers' money is safe.

 

Not really... Your trusting your money in a different currency that can collapse at anytime, with ddyce, the only thing you have to risk is getting scammed... And with 3+ years of experience and trust, I highly doubt that will happen.

 

There are gambling... pvp and kickboxing

 

The moment people cash-in, the currency (poker chips) is backed by the RSGP, which means there is no chance the currency can collapse. A cash-out can be done at anytime this way.

 

You can still gamble in RS with private clans using IRC. Hoever if caught you will be banned/perm banned

As a few mentioned, Ddyce is a reliable option where scamming would hardly be an issue unless of course you trade an imposter. There is the dicing thread in sand box, and when you become a donator of any value; there is a dice thread there based on basic trust though as well.
