    I am in no way making fun of anyone in general, all language is used for motivational purposes only!

    To all the chubby fuckers on this forum READ!

    The reason why you are chubs isn't because of you sitting on your ass playing video games all day. Its because of what you consume.

    1st thing we are going to do is determine your BMR (AKA Basal Metabolic Rate) BMR is the amount of calories you need per day to function. It excludes any movement and it assumes you are sedentary:

    Now Once you have figured out your BMR, you are going to want to cut all of the soda/candies/chips/ shit carbs and reduce accordingly. Its all dependent on how much you get off your chub ass and do things.

    Step 2: Download this app called MyNetDary (Pro version is good for weekly analysis). This app allows you to count your calories, and it also includes a bar code scanner so you are able to able to count calories to a precision. Most items like subway or mcdonalds / pretty much anything you can think of is stored on this app. It may take some getting used to but its worth it!

    Step 3: Try to get exercises in for at least 30 minutes per day (elevated heart beat.) to reduce risk of diabetes.

    The online BMR calcs are a ballpark estimate at best and 1000+ calories off at worst. My TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) when I was 200 lbs was less than it is currently at 150 lbs with the same amount of exercise, try plugging that into the calc at any height and see what it says. To accurately find your TDEE you need to watch the scale for a couple weeks and increase/decrease the calories according to how fast you want to lose/gain weight. It is worth mentioning the fact that the only accurate way to count calories is to weigh all your food.

    Id add myfitnesspal as a calorie counter.
    And agreed, nutrition is everything when losing weight.
    Caloric deficit = lose weight
    caloric surplus = gain weight
    simple as that. As long as you are in the deficit, you dont have to do any cardio.

    I honestly dont see how anyone would get motivated from this. Getting motivated is different for all of us and calling them chubby fuckers might not do any good at all in fact it could make it a lot worse. Could have issues with depression and start eating more etc, we're all different.

    I think that you need to find something that MOTIVATES YOU, there are all kind of people whose aren't motivated by like stuff that others are. It's just something you must find and something that will provide you satisfaction.
