Usually you say (well at least me) I'm good when someone offers you something, just another word for no thanks. But what do you say for Yes?, I'm a little lost. (Example: For me I say yeah,yes,yes please, I'm down, Worddd, that kind of stuff). Explain this more in depth I'm confused.

 

Why would you move back in with somebody with that? How old are you? I'd be muttering 'I'm good bitch' every time I walked away lol.

Listen my man, the only way to cure a controlling parent is to confess how you really feel. From my experience honesty and being open can go a long ways!

 

Just do what your parents tell you, at least you have her, some people don't have that luxury. Once you're an adult it's all you, at least you can say you'll have exceptional manners after it all lol.

 

Well, thing is - She is your parent, not your buddy. There are things that you can and can't say to your parents; This will also change as you get older.

Just get over it and show her respect.

I honestly find it laughable you felt necessary to make a thread about such a small issue.

 

Honestly just have enough respect for your mother to listen to her until you're old enough to get out on your own. My advice for you is this most parents feel like when kids and teenagers use their form of vocabulary to talk to an adult it is them being disrespectful. So she is your mother and giving you a place to live it isn't that hard to say yes please and no thank you in the giant scheme of things.
