AresFX is a scammer!

Explanation of the trade: Purchased (2) Bronze accounts for $20 USD. This user said I would be able to change current email AND password for both accounts. Never received email or codes for PW & email change at all. Only received user/PW to 1 account (as you can see in Skype) but UNABLE TO CHANGE CURRENT EMAIL AND PW so I can have control over the account as a new owner. User didn't provide necessary info for proper ownership. User also REFUSED to refund. User deleted me off Skype.

How they scammed: Sent $20 USD as a service via PayPal. Seller didn't provide OG email, code for PW change and code for email change. Also refused to refund.
