There is no good way to sell your account since the RS account market has absolutely zero security for the buyer.

This is more about buying accounts than selling them. If his intentions are good, there's nothing wrong with selling accounts imo.

He's still 'guilty by association' though. Even if he doesn't plan on recovering the account, the price of accounts is still incredibly low for the amount of hours put into an account, due to the risk that the buyer faces.
