    Zgua LoL Booster doesnt complete service, then gets me muted 30 games.
    I have all substantial proof that this happened, he keeps getting my posts removed, claiming we were never in contact. If anybody can speak to me privately I can show you everything I have from our conversations on skype and sythe pm.

    To be clear, I paid him to get my silver promotion done, which takes about 2 hours max. He took about 7-8 (unsuccessful), then gave up, because he couldn't do it. yesterday I find he also flamed people ingame and got me muted for 30 games.

    Please upload proper screenshots, if there's proof, he'll need to compensate you or receive a TWC for not being able to complete things he's offering.
