Entrr -Going strong, even though you're supposed to be busy with uni and all, you're everywhere.

leanbean901 -Never really had the chance to talk to you, apart from the odd time in the SF, but you look to be very mature and handling the position pretty well. Good luck!
ZippyGFX -His graphics are awesome, that says a lot already. I don't venture in the runescape section a lot, but he's been doing a fine job in the market between all those modscore eager youngsters
Ziggily -For all the stuff you have to deal with, you are doing a splendid job. Chin up Kaytlin. You can make a difference, right here.
Zuzel111 -Current target practice in the SF, but still going strong. Don't let those trolls get you down buddy, you're the man.

Dave -For what I've spoken to you, seem like a nice guy.
FireZ -Ohhh I love how you treat the banned members sometimes. The stone hammer of the staffteam. Keep it up man
Frenzy -You're a noob <3 Doing a good job as far as I can see
Superman -Superman for Admin anyone? Great guy, see you around a lot and all good.

Govind -Busy man, behind-the-scenes work is very important aswell
Matthew -Love the features you've brought to sythe. Usercenter is awesome and I can't wait for more! Would be nice to somehow speed up the process of approving UI's/ranks, but hey I'm not complaining

Sythe -thanks for being awesome and let people all around the world use your site for free. You should really show more pictures of that farm of yours though, it's a treat to read the storys

 

Delta Squad - I like you but you don't even enjoy being a mod, just step down. Although I guess I can't say that without checking out the game section very often. Are you doing anything special there or just moderating it? I know community game nights are something that you're doing, right? Stuff like that goes a long way.

Josh0is0here - Don't usually see you posting around a whole lot outside of pardons, which I think you're a little lenient with in my opinion. That's fine because some mods are very strict about it so it balances out. Where are you generally active? I haven't seen you in TS for a while either, come on!

Seriously though I'm sure you're doing fine, not a whole lot you can actually do as a market mod besides moderate. I don't visit that section a whole lot so I don't see. Not a fan of your attitude though generally, you never miss a chance to be an asshole to somebody about something. I'd try and come up with specific examples but that'd be too much work at the moment lol. Also you never got back to me about that minifridge, even though I was willing to pay and sent a few follow up PM's.


Ziggily - You deserved global before entrr, you're doing well but obviously your activity has fallen off a bit because of it. Pick back up and you'll get it I'm sure. Don't let other people's decisions turn you away from something you like doing.


Entrr - You're doing great, keep it up. Obviously people have noticed.


FireZ - I really like you as a global, don't take that the wrong way at all. I think its perfect for the way you're inclined to help out the site. Keep up bulldozing through reports and disputes as always.

Matthew - Everyone is having trouble with horribly long response times from you. Either you're very busy/inactive or you're too flooded to properly handle your responsibilities. Give someone else some of your responsibility who can be trusted. Make a portal directly on the website where admins can handle things such as UI requests without using ACP if its possible/give someone straight access.


n4n0 - Resign. What you contribute to the community are things that have nothing to do with your staff position. You take things personally and your administrative actions are generally garbage. Someone else would gladly handle your moderation type responsibilities and do a better job at it.


Roary You're really a gift to the site. I'm not sure I really need to say much more. Just put your head down and get through the bullshit and keep staying involved. I really would not like to see you with grey hats again. Also come on skype thx.


Sythe - What I can say is I appreciate the amount of time and care you put into the site. I also appreciate intelligent debate in SFA, etc. It is always nice to have another voluntaryist around telling off statists lol. My criticism is that you're occasionally too harsh and won't reconsider, example would be banning someone for a year for taking it a bit too far in the spam forum. Or from personal experience banning me from your competition because I got a friend's account with one post in the "guess the next person's post count thread." You didn't specify any threshold to this, so I won. It is easier to laugh this kind of thing off and either say try again (which I did any won again) or just laugh it off and award the minirank. On the other hand you're not always like that, you have the rule amendment thread which I respect. Also change my damn UT lol..

Very very very nice person to talk to. Very helpful and is always lurking the forums. I appreciate having this guy around.


Roary

I always see Roary doing his job correctly, he is an admin with minimal flaws.

 

Delta Squad - I like that being a staff member hasn't changed you. It's still a bit surreal seeing you as a sectional but eh, keep on doing your thing.

Josh0is0here - Contrary to Sellerman thinking you are inactive I see you in RaSc and helping out with disputes and pardons. You've a good head on your shoulders and I like your level headed and fair decisions.

leanbean901 - I don't get why several users say you have an attitude problem as I haven't seen any examples of this. Keep doing what you're doing.

ZippyGFX - I don't venture into the Runescape sections anymore but like always you're still a frequent poster in the graphics section. No complaints.

Ziggily - Should be removed from OP since is no longer staff.

Zuzel111 - You do everything you should as a market modlog whore. Keep on going man. You should lighten up though, your serious nature makes you very susceptible to trolling.

Globals - Grouped globals together since I feel one piece of feedback applies to you all. You're all very active, keep it up.

n4n0 - You aren't as active now as you have been prior to the whole spam forum debacle. It's not too much of a biggie though.

Roary Keep doing what you're doing.

 

The account recovery system is a FARCE Nobody save superman (eventually Roary) even bothers to respond it took WEEKS for me to get my account back. If admins arent going to do the requests and do all admin entails there needs to be new admins or the perks need to be divied up among the staff a little better. Granted the request went almost a week earlier than when I found it since my filter got it still took 2+ weeks.

I am unimpressed entirely.

It would only be entirely your bad if you were the only admin, which 90% of the time it sure feels that way but the fact is there are other staff.

Well, apparently no progress has been made. I do appreciate your help in the ordeal though.

 

You're better off contacting staff directly to be honest. I've never had to recover my account but from what I've seen I would just IM a staff member a picture of me holding a note up.

 

Loving the miraculous shift in attitude. Let's hope it lasts gentlemen.. and I suppose Frenzy.

Drento - - good mod, can express his thoughts without thinking twice
Josh0is0here - - inactive most of the time, usually is excellent wherever he posts

ZippyGFX - - always see him everywhere, excellent sectional, should be promoted to global

Dave - - excellent global, handles everything well
Entrr - - same as Dave
FireZ - - should be under admin but he's one of the best people on sythe. Makes sure randoms don't act as if they're #1 and makes sure this site runs smooth 100% respect.
Frenzy - - very active and nice, not sure why he/she's not admin
Superman - - very active not sure why not admin

Matthew - - don't see much of him but prob bcuz I don't view much technical stuff
n4n0 - - happy he got demoted 'nuff said
Roary - best admin ever
Sythe - - fun to debate against makes sf and sb alive.

 

Step it up on account recovery. This has been an issue for years and REALLY discouraging to those affected.

The people trying to recover their accounts often end up waiting weeks or MONTHS before the situation is resolved. Ive seen people simply stop trying and quit sythe altogether because the requests were so poorly handled. This is geared towards the admins since they are the only ones who can actually do anything about it, but I will make a suggestion to give globals acc recovery perms.

Globals can request recoveries, and handle those - an admin just needs to send the email once it's been input in to the ModCP. I will try and make the effort, thanks for the feedback.

Drento - I honestly don't see you much, didn't even realize you were staff until a few days ago, honestly.
Josh0is0here - Not sure why you are still staff, you're completely inactive.
leanbean901 - Though I do not like you as a person, honestly, you're still a good staff member. So props.
Sellerman - You're doing fine.
Unb4nn3d- Erm.. Not much to say. Don't see you around and you're very biased. Your job shouldn't be personal. But you still do well as a mod.
ZippyGFX - Don't see you around too often, but you still seem to be doing a good job.
Zuzel111 - You're doing great still, keep it up man.

Dave - Can't say much, don't see you around at all, really. A few posts every here and there.
Entrr - Haven't been seeing you around as of late, either.
Frenzy - Never really seen you around, before you took a break and now.
Superman - You're doing fine, still, keep up the good work.

Matthew - Never see you, but your job isn't the same as other staff, I guess.
FireZ - Enjoy you as an admin, keep up the same old.
Roary Same with FireZ, enjoy you as an admin, and you seem pretty chill. Keep up the good work.
Sythe - Not much to say, enjoy reading your posts in SFA, but that's about all I see of you. Aside from the occasional SF post.

Cas_M -my favourite mod by far, epic guy, fast replies, reads everything fast, friendly. #1
Drento - Bad first impression, banned me with little evidence and it kinda pissed me off, but since then he seems alright, I don't see him around as other mods such as Cas though.
Josh0is0here - Don't really know this guy
leanbean901 - I need to apologise to this guy, I had a bad day and snapped at him when he gave me a warning for writing support, I guess it's my own fault. Active and sold me heidy Much love
Sellerman - Don't know him/not seen him much
Unb4nn3d- Same with drento, terrible first impression, I was banned and requested help over skype, he was rude and patronising towards me, but after I was unbanned by Superman, I saw a different side to him, I left feedback and he took it constructively and not offensively, which I liked. He also replies regularly and helps on skype.
ZippyGFX - Don't know Zippy tbh.
Zuzel111 - I like Zuzel, helped me with a dispute and seemed to want to take the lazy approach to it, but who wouldn't I guess.. Nice guy though and trusted as hell, respect.

Dave - Don't really know Dave too well or much about him
Entrr - same as dave^
Frenzy -same as above
Superman -Unbanned me, actually read my thread and saw it from my perspective and unbanned me, I respect this, therefore I respect superman. Also very active and a great asset to sythe

Matthew - I only know matthew through the automatic PM's i've had from donating, so I don't really know him. I've seen his work and what he's done for sythe though. respect
FireZ -Extremely active, always looking at disputes/bans/scam reports etc. Don't know him personally though
Roary -Don't really know roary too well
Sythe - Never spoke to him

I think things have been going well this past month or so. RaS is almost empty, and suggestions are coming in with greater frequency. Some older community things are coming back. Staff are more responsive to new ideas, things are changing, and public sentiment is improving. Good job. Keep it up!

 

Y'all seem to be doing a pretty piss poor job in not making the general population pissy over insignificant shenanigans.
