Help With PlayerAuctions

Basically, PA had blocked my PP payments and were in the process of fixing it. I needed to buy gold so I sent my cousin $56 to buy it for me, he made a purchase and after waiting about 45 minutes he got banned from PA and is saying he lost the money. My question is, even if you get banned from PA does PA give u the money back? I think it was because his PP name and PA name were under different names but still, does PA refund the money if they ban you?

Gave me cousin $56 to buy GP on PA, they banned him and he is saying they didn't refund him, does PA refund you if the payment was failed/you get banned?

 

His account is suspended. Yes, they should refund him after cancelling the processing payment. I'm not sure how long this takes though, I forget.

 

Is it a super long time? Like days or months?

 

I don't think they refund on weekends. So the refund should happen late tonight I think.

 

Up to a week sometimes. It could be as kmjt said, waiting it out is your best bet.

 

You can send me a PM if you need help, but yes refunds are always made for unsuccessful orders. Depending on when your cousin's account was suspended, there is a possibility that we did not capture the funds and just voided the transaction (in which case, you just need to wait for PP to re-post the funds to your account).
