Its hard to say with sky. he seems pretty cool, just enquiring a couple problems i can't tell if hes trying/lying or not, or have orders aswell.. to me he seems shady, but i really didn't waanna resist the offer of turning down plat.. but heres some pictures. i'm just not sure if i wait longer.. or? I'm worried. but yeah.

I see no scam occuring, he says he's going to do it and there's complications because you haven't supplied him with enough. If you'd like, request a partial refund, and if he's not willing to comply, post a report.
