    Explanation of the trade: Offered $10 for a Ghostkerbomb.

    How they scammed: He asked me to go first and since I just signed up like 2 or 3 days ago I figured I would. I offered on the neopets lot and he accepted it. He then pmed me saying that his phone is messed up and he would pay me when he got home in about 35 minutes,I pmed him after about an hour, no response, his recent activity time has updated since I sent my messages and I still have gotten no response.
