Its been 6 hours since i paid and the PA verification wont go through. Whats up?

I bought some RSGP off somebody's playerauctions store, and i sent the payment about 6 hours ago. But playerauctions still hasn't verified the payment so it's not going through.

How long does it usually take? has this happened to anyone else?

 

How did you pay for it? Seems like they are reviewing your payment.

Contact them via live chat. If it's your first time paying via paypal the verification process can take long, however contacting them should speed that up.

Honestly PA sucks. I hate that site. Took 10+ days after buyer verification for them to realize they haven't sent out the money yet and by that time they said it would be given to me in 33 days since I gave the 30 day garenntee.

 

Yeah fuck PA I don't use them anymore either for that exact reason. Their customer support had me running circles for a month one time.

 

So do you guys have any idea how i can complete this trade? The guy on live chat said i'd recieved the relevent email, and i responded to it.

I can't think of an instance where we would delay disbursement for 30 days, unless you set that in your own seller settings. If you could provide your order ID, I can look into that more specifically. If an agent gave you incorrect information regarding this, then I'll take appropriate action.

Robin, I am familiar with the issues surrounding our support right now. Since I've taken over the business, it is something that we are working to fix. I've made a restructuring in that team and a few people have been let go because of this, and I've just finished hiring a really great top level manager from AT&T to take over our CS operations.

We are flying him out to our head office next week to begin his training, and he should start executing the turn around of our CS by early next Month.

If you could provide me with an order ID, or an issue summary, I'd be happy to give it to him as a case study for exactly how our current CS operations are falling below expectations (and if it's something I can fix, I'll do that for you also).

Sorry it took so long. If you could provide the order number, I can see what the issue may have been. I know we had connectivity issues last night, but that particular issue shouldn't have impacted the manual reviews (but I can check).

One thing I'll correct however, we no longer maintain LA based operations (need to update the site). We are domiciled in the states (Delaware), but our primary operations are in Shanghai, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Manila (we are opening a new office there this year).

We sold our LA businesses (zam.com, thottbott, wowhead, allakhazam, etc), last year, and the staff that were part of PA (mostly finance) were transferred to the those operations full time.

Being from Southern California myself, when PA reaches appropriate volume, then I would look to re-open an office there. Weather in California is hard to beat
